THE PLOT Our plot is in a timeline structure. Don't judge our ultimate laziness.
- YEAR: 2017 - LOCATION: Island off the north coast of Australia, called "Hoiltist"
• A rich, young, successful group of scientists, led by Terrence Williams, bought the island, which had been used as a psycho ward for ten years. But it had been abandoned for 5 years. • They renovated the island, making it pretty and updating the hospital. • They then employed more doctors to work with them on their theory to help cure cancer. • With the help of his staff, a new drug was made. It was called "Betholodene". Beth, for short. • In order to test their drug on rats, they first morphed thyroid cells to give the rats thyroid cancer. Then Louis and his staff gave the rats the drug Beth, and they started showing signs of improvement. • Thrilled that Beth had worked on the rats, they did the same to two chimpanzees: One male, one female. • Two weeks after they had given the chimps the medicine, they also showed signs of improvement. • One of these scientists was named Louis Newton. • Louis started to become obsessed with anything that had to do with Beth, along with experimenting on several species. • The other scientists along with him became wary, and only a few agreed with his new proposal: Experimenting on humans. • Now, at this point, Louis had forgotten about the rats which he had experimented on. He was told they had made a full recovery - However, the team of doctors and wary scientists hid the truth from him. • The rats did not die, but they had morphed into something terrible - red eyes, and a new appetite. When they were put with other, healthy, rats, they began doing something terrible. • Rats were eating each other. • Doctors freaked out, and many fled the island. • The chimps were killed and buried under the research center on the island. • Many human experiments, who were not given Beth, were freed from their cages by the good doctors and scientists. • The infection, which caused cannibalism and rotting of the flesh, spread through the island. • Those who were bitten or scratched by the infected became infected. The estimated time before one goes completely zombie is 24 hours.
The infection has spread throughout Australia. People everywhere are dying. Experiments have escaped traumatized, with no memory of the things done to them on the island. Those who are clean are taking a stand and killing all Experiments, trying to erase the terrible deeds done on the island. Others are helping them. Where do you stand in these politics?

Actually, Had's lazy; I'm going to post a shorter thing so you guys don't kill your eyesight trying to read that thing. Besides, her's was a timeline.
Ten years ago, in 2007, there was a brilliant man named Terrence Williams who brought a small group of doctors and scientists, all fresh out of university, all geniuses, to an island in the south eastern pacific ocean, just north of Cairns, Australia.
They were there to learn under his guidance, and also attempt to create a cure. A cure for cancer.
They were all brilliant people, and though the rest of the world had such been unable to create a cure, Williams was sure that they would be able to. Young, strong minds from all over the world, working together to do this? Perfect.
For a few years, they worked wonderfully together. Then, one of the younger scientists had this idea. Testing on humans.
Besides being completely inhumane, it was illegal, and Terrance wouldn't hear of it. At all. For a little while, Louis Newton; the young scientist, started to whisper in the ears of the others. Many of them were swayed of their original ideas and points of veiws, and sided with him. Besides, how else would they figure out if the drug that they'd perfected would work?
After getting Terrance out of the way, they began scouring the streets of whatever city they were in, and took children and adults, between the ages of ten and twenty, keeping meticulous records of who they were, etc. Some were brought to Hoiltist thinking it was a vacationing experience. Anyone unneeded (too old, sick, impaired...) was killed.
They were given steroids, were poked with needles, were x-rayed, everything, to be sure they were in perfect health. Then, they were given a refined version of Thyroid cancer, something that they'd given to rats, and larger mammals previously.
Out of the thousands that were taken, about a hundred or so were given Beth.
The doctors and scientists had long since forgotten about the other animals they'd given Betholodine to, and only when a lower doctor went to really look at them, she found them all dead. All of them.
They had killed each other.
It was too late, though, for the humans given Beth. At first, they showed great improvement in health, and the doctors and scientists celebrated, and administrated it to a few more.
This was when things started to take a turn for the worse. They started to attack and eat each other, then went after the clean experiments, and the caretakers.
Frightened by what had happened, a few of the doctors and scientists helped to smuggle most of the experiments off of the island, to Australia, where they awoke, not knowing what had happened to them, and not able to remember a lot of their pasts.
What the doctors and scientists thought was a kind gesture to save those people, was really a really bad idea. A few infected got out, and started to kill people on the streets. This was 2016, and the Zombie Apocalypse had started. Australia version.
Since then, those who helped went undercover, all trying to develop an Anti-Beth, Cairns is... damned. Overrun with Infected, and no one really knows what's happened. Everyone is blind, it seems.

And I am posting this to say that Wicked is lazy when it comes to proofreading. I read the first sentence and found 5 mistakes. Then I fixed them because I have severe internet OCD.
I loooove you Wicked. :3
